Advanced Geostatistics Course in Denver

Clayton Deutsch led five full days of hands-on training in Denver, Colorado, from October 6 to 10, 2025, in person and remotely. The course was designed for geologists, engineers and data scientists with basic training and some practical experience:

• Day 1: Practical simulation, including trend modeling, parameter uncertainty and multivariate simulation
• Day 2: Domain simulation, including surface (boundary) simulation and categorical simulation
• Day 3: Complete simulation workflows, including probabilistic resources
• Day 4: Classification and drill hole spacing, including value of information
• Day 5: Machine learning for geometallurgical modeling
