Dr. Deutsch leads Resource Modeling Solutions, a subsidiary of GeologicAI, and directs geometallurgical modeling projects. Dr. Deutsch has experience in mineral resource estimation and geometallurgical modeling for complex hard rock deposits. He specializes in integrating metallurgical data with machine learning into mineral resource models for better process predictions and increased mine value. He holds advanced degrees in both extractive metallurgy and geostatistics. Prior to joining Resource Modeling Solutions, he was a geometallurgist and geostatistician on the Carlin Trend at Newmont. Dr. Deutsch is the founder and editor of Geostatistics Lessons providing guidance on the application of geostatistics.

Dr. Barnett is a Principal Geostatistician and directs geostatistical modeling projects at Resource Modeling Solutions. Dr. Barnett has worked in the field of resource modeling and geostatistical consulting for over a decade. He specializes in modeling multiple variables and forecasting the value of drilling scenarios in terms of reducing geological project risk. Prior to joining Resource Modeling solutions, Dr. Barnett was a research associate in the Department of Civil & Environmental Engineering at the University of Alberta. He also worked as a mine geologist in the Athabasca oil sands. Dr. Barnett continues to develop and teach courses on advanced geostatistics to industry professionals.

Dr. Deutsch oversees consulting, training, and strategic decisions at Resource Modeling Solutions. He is a Professor in the School of Mining and Petroleum Engineering, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Alberta where he directs the Centre for Computational Geostatistics. He teaches and conducts research into better ways to model heterogeneity and uncertainty in mineral deposits and petroleum reservoirs. His employment history also includes three years with Exxon Production Research Company and three years of experience with Placer Dome Inc. Dr. Deutsch has published eight books and over three hundred research papers.

Mr. Horan directs geostatistical and resource modeling projects at Resource Modeling Solutions. Mr. Horan has worked in mining and resource modeling for over 18 years. Most notably, Mr. Horan previously held the role of Technical Director at SLR Consulting. Throughout his career, he has been exposed to many different commodities and deposit styles covering the full spectrum of resource modeling including geology and block modeling, regulatory audits, due diligence, public disclosure, geostatistical uncertainty studies and serving as a technical advisor. Sean has delivered courses on Mineral Resource estimation to a variety of audiences in both English and Spanish.

Dr. Silva performs and supervises geostatistical modeling projects at Resource Modeling Solutions. Dr. Silva has experience in mineral resource estimation for both mineral and petroleum projects. He specializes in probabilistic modeling of complex geological settings. He also has extensive experience with stochastic modeling of complex multivariate data, drill hole location optimization, data space studies and uncertainty. Dr. Silva holds degrees in mining engineering and geostatistics. Prior to joining Resource Modeling Solutions, he was a geostatistician on the Carlin Trend at Newmont and Geostatistician at Clayton V. Deutsch Consultants Ltd.

Dr. Martin is the products director and a senior geostatistician at Resource Modeling Solutions. Dr. Martin has experience in geological modeling and resource modeling mostly in hard rock domains. He specializes in locally varying anisotropy, implicit modeling, machine learning, and strategies for stationary decision making. He holds advanced degrees in economic geology and geostatistics. Prior to joining Resource Modeling Solutions he was a Geological Consultant and an Exploration Geologist with Aurico Gold (now Alamos Gold Inc.). He has over 20 technical publications and actively supports geostatistical training through tooling development used in industry short courses.

Dr. Hadavand is a senior geostatistician at Resource Modeling Solutions. He specializes in geostatistical reservoir modeling, machine learning, data architecture, multivariate data imputation, quantifying and integration of parameter uncertainty, and integration of 4D seismic data in geostatistical modeling. He holds advanced degrees in geostatistics and mechanical engineering. Prior to joining Resource Modeling Solutions, he was the analytics lead at Silver Creek and Geostatistician at Clayton V. Deutsch Consultants Ltd.

Dr Deutsch is a mining engineer and software development manager at Resource Modeling Solutions. He specializes in long range open-pit mine planning, operations research, and computer aided design. He holds degrees in mining engineering from the University of Alberta and the Colorado School of Mines. Before joining Resource Modeling Solutions he was a special applications development engineer at Maptek leading development on the Automated Pit Designer, Grade Control Optimizer, and several other tools.
